Five months after surgery to mechanically repair my humerus which I had broken six months earlier, I had limited range of motion and could not use my arm, although I was doing exercises as instructed. I felt as though I had a “band” around the area that was restricting any further progress. Within two sessions with Gina, I was past the restriction, and was beginning to make progress. Within 4 sessions I was beginning to be able to do everyday things with my arm that I had not been able to do in a year!
